Can I bring my own cake or decorations? 

 

Yes, our one request is that nothing with confetti or silly string be brought in and we would like to ask for no Icecream cakes.

 

 

Can I have more than one honoree?

 

Yes, you can have more than one honoree. One honoree will be free, and the additional honoree will count as a guest. Both honorees will still receive the honoree items.”

 

 

Can we bring in our own food? 

 

No, the only outside food we allow is cake or cupcakes. 

 

 

When do I pay the remaining balance?

 

The remaining balance is due at the end of the birthday party.

 

 

What if the number of guests goes up?

 

The number of guests can increase; we just need a final headcount at least by the day before the party.

 

Can we switch out bowling for something else?

 

Yes we can add additional points onto the game cards! 

 

 

If we do not need the curtain items included in the package, is there any discount available on the price or switch it for something else?

 

Our party packages are bundled pricing, so if you choose not to include items like décor, cupcakes, or curtain activities, there typically is not a price difference. However, a Party Manager would be happy to help navigate options with you, including switching certain items out or adding extra game points to better fit your needs.

 

 

How long is the room time?

The party room is reserved for 45 minutes. You will have access to the room after your first activity.

 

 

Can we have more time in the room? 

 

Additional time in the party room may be added but is determined by the Party Manager based on center demand.

 

 

If we don't have all 10 guests, can we still book a birthday party?

 

You can book a party with fewer than 10 guests; however, you will still be required to pay for the base package. Any extra game cards can be saved for a future visit or used to double up points. (You can also speak to a party manager to customize a package with less then 10 kids. ) 

 

 

Can we have more than 10 guests? 

 

Yes, you can have more than 10 guests. Any additional guests can be added for an extra fee.If it says per person why am I paying for 10 if I just have 5 guest?

What is the minimum age requirement to book a party with AlleyCats?

 

There is no minimum age requirement — all ages are welcome!

 

 

Do I have to pay the deposit now or can you book it, and I'll call back to put a deposit down? 

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit does go toward your total party package balance.

How tall do you have to be for Go-karts? 

 

For go-karts, riders must be at least 40 inches tall to ride with a parent and 60 inches tall to drive by themselves. We do provide complimentary driver wristbands for party parents who need to drive their kiddos — there is no extra charge for this.

 

Do parents have to have a wristband to ride with the child? 

 

Hurst: No, as long as the child has the game card and wristband the parent and accommodate them!

 

Burleson: Yes,  Parents will need to have a “Pit Pass” in order to be on the track if they are driving with their kiddo. (1 driver

wristband per child)
